Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs) in Oregon, offering structured guidance to support ethical practice, skill development, and licensure requirements. Supervision includes case consultation, professional growth planning, and adherence to Oregon Board standards, fostering competency in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon. I have experience providing crisis counseling, medical social work services, clinical supervision and indivudual counseling.

My goal is to support your growth and well-being through a collaborative, compassionate counseling relationship. Together, we’ll identify challenges, explore thought and emotional patterns, and work toward meaningful goals.

My approach is practical, empowering, and values-based. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and work with concerns including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, burnout, college stress, and relationships. I also help clients build coping skills, improve communication, and navigate identity, grief, stress, and women’s health.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My approach is shaped by specialized training in trauma-informed practices, emphasizing trust, choice, and connection. I’m trained in clinical supervision and writing WPATH letters for gender-affirming surge
