A little bit about me:
With over 26 years of experience—including work in crisis counseling, medical social work, clinical supervision, and providing individual therapy—I offer a supportive, collaborative approach focused on your overall well-being and personal growth. I strive to create a compassionate environment where we can work together to better understand your challenges, recognize patterns in your thoughts and emotions, and work toward goals that reflect your values.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, and I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life changes, identity development, parenting, and relationship issues. I enjoy helping clients develop effective coping strategies, enhance communication skills, and work through questions related to identity, grief, stress, and women’s health.
When I’m not working, I enjoy being in the water—oceans, lakes, rivers, or pools (you name it, I’m there)—spending time with my family, and enjoying the beautiful landscape of the Pacific Northwest.
