I offer evidence-based counseling services that supports personal growth, emotional well-being, and values-based change.
I believe the counseling relationship is foundational. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, exploring your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Together, we’ll build practical skills, notice patterns, and focus on what matters most to you. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and centered on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs) in Oregon, offering structured guidance to support ethical practice, skill development, and licensure requirements.
Supervision includes case consultation, professional growth planning, and adherence to Oregon Board standards, fostering competency in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions in a supportive and collaborative environment.

I offer some sliding scale appointments prioritizing those spots for folks with marginalized identities.
I am in network with Aetna and Cigna.
I can also provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
“GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE”
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
